RAINBOW FLOWER STATION ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ operates www.rflowerstation.com. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Service’).

By continuing to browse and use our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and condition:

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

– All orders will be automatically generated from the system and confirmation of order will be sent via email. Kindly check your email, junk/spam mail as well for confirmation. If did not receive any email please inform to our WhatsApp customer services. 

–  When ordering, please ensure that all information and details such as address, postcode or contact number of the recipient is correct. Any incorrect details shall be informed at least the day before to our WhatsApp customer services.  

– Same day delivery orders are usually processed immediately and cannot be changed. We strictly do not accept any forms of cancellation or change of order date for same day delivery/order.

DELIVERY POLICY

– Delivery time 9am-5pm. We do delivery on our operation hours including Saturday and Sunday and most Public Holidays or unless otherwise pre-announced in our social media and website.

– For same-day delivery we must receive your order by 3pm MYT. 

– We cannot be held responsible if a delivery is late due to any unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, unpredictable rainy weather/flood or anything else beyond of our control. Should a timed delivery be requested we will endeavor to comply with the request but cannot be bound in any way to honor such a request.

– Delivery charges will be applicable based on the delivery zone.

–  We do not deliver to the unit inside high rise buildings (eg. Apartments, condominiums, malls, hotels, hospitals, schools, offices etc) Please ensure that the receiver is available to collect the item from the driver at the drop of point, lobby or ground floor.

– For any changes of shipping address, please inform us by 2 Hours before the intended delivery time. We are unable to provide refund for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice.

– In the event if the delivery details provided is incorrect (example: wrong address, contact or name) we cannot accept responsibility for the failed delivery. And ensure that the receiver’s contact number is correct and available during the period of delivery.

– We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification. (eg. lalamove or grab etc)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

–  We do not accept any refund, returns or cancellation for any order including same-day delivery order. 

– Any cancellation or change of date needs to be informed at least 2 days in advance with our customer service via WhatsApp. 

– Any cancellation, return or refund orders that have been fully paid cannot be refunded in cash terms or bank transfer. However, a voucher or point will be issued to the customer. The point can be used with no expiry date.

– As fresh flowers or bouquets are highly perishable items, we do not accept returns.

– Receiver/Sender are advised to inform us immediately if the item received is in poor shape (within 2-3 hours upon receiving). We will not entertain any complaints or reports made the next day after receiving to ensure fairness in judgement of the flower. Prior delivery, all items will be captured to ensure the flowers/bouquets are in good condition, kindly ask for a photo if you need any further clarification.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

– All products and flowers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. 

– The substitution may includes fillers flower, leaves, wrappers, ribbon colors and any other material used in our flower arrangements. And kindly understand that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product to you at all.  

–  Please note that the size of the bouquet, shades, color and stages of bloom might vary from the pictures shown. 

– Photos on our webpage have under-go image-editing for illustration purposes. Actual product color may vary due to photographic lighting sources on screen. 

– Cut flowers are perishable items and each handmade product is unique with one another, they are not guaranteed to be completely flawless, we appreciate the understanding from all the customers in advance. 

–  Cut flowers are perishable items and prone to decomposition and therefore wilt and discolor occurs. Please take note that fresh flowers are not the same as artificial flowers. Occurrence of scars on petals are common, customers could pluck off some of the petals if necessary. We try our best to provide the freshest flowers, but please understand that we are unable to stop decomposition of flowers. Thus, we held no responsibility for the freshness of flowers once delivered or upon collection by the customers.

CUSTOMIZE POLICY

– We do not accept customized to picture from other florist or any social media requires 100% reproduction. Different florists have different skill or styles. And any flower has different size, shades, color and stage of bloom might vary.

DISCLAIMER & ACCEPTANCE ORDER POLICY

– These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in the Online Site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

– By using our website, we imply that you consent to our collection of your personal information and that you accept our Privacy Policy. You are not authorize to use our website if you do not agree to our Privacy Policy.
